to Pay $7M to Settle Race, Gender Discrimination Suits |

Dell
Technologies will pay $7 million to settle allegations of race and
gender-based wage discrimination. In addition to providing lost wages,
interest and benefits to the affected workers, the company issued a statement
â??assuring that all employees are afforded equal employment opportunities.â??
Included in the settlement is $1.5 million paid voluntarily by Dell in 2015.
The U.S. Department of Labor announced the settlement on Monday.
