The firefighter was cutting holes in the condemned building's roof to ventilate a fire when the roof collapsed, killing two people. The lawsuit claims the building owners failed to properly maintain the building and had been cited numerous times for building code violations. The suit alleges "excessive levels of lead in such commonly touched objects as the Sword in the Stone attraction" are putting children at risk. The suit is asking the park be required to cover the areas or post health warnings. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff's boss sent him "unwanted, suggestive text messages" and asked him to accompany her on personal trips and out to dinner. The plaintiff also claims that when he complained about her actions, his boss criticized his work performance, “diminishing his chances for bonuses and promotion." Critics and safety officials say auto companies are highlighting the dangers of distracted driving in hopes to avoid scrutiny of their built-in systems. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has said it is working on developing a set of guidelines aimed at regulating visual and manual distractions.
