A judge will allow a lawsuit against Lafayette College students who failed to help a dying student to proceed. According to the lawsuit, filed in Northampton County Court, two students failed to seek medical attention for a student who fell and hit his head while drinking. The student died in the hospital from a skull fracture and bleeding on the brain on Sept. 11, 2017.
