A Texas
judge wants the state to revisit its dangerous dog law. Currently, a dog that
attacks or kills an animal is not considered dangerous. However, people who
lose pets to attacks by other animals seek damages for loss of companionship.
Harris County Judge David Patronella says he wants Texas to change its law
regarding animal-on-animal attacks to allow for more damages in cases of pet
deaths.
