Mother Files Suit Over Choking Death of Young Girl | | A mother in Portland, Oregon whose young daughter died after choking on a meatball at her preschool has filed a $7.6 million lawsuit against the school and its owner. The 3-year-old girl choked on a meatball during lunch and died of respiratory and cardiac arrest the next day.
