The plaintiff alleges in her lawsuit that the former professor met with her several times to discuss her grade in his computer science class and pressured her to have sex. The lawsuit alleges that the 76-year-old professor cornered the plaintiff, squeezed her breast and said he would give her an A in his class if she would meet him at a hotel for sex. Since the plaintiff and three male friends confronted the professor, the school has opened a criminal investigation on him for abuse of his public position. Angela Chen, KTRK-TV 03/24/2015 | Read Article: KTRK-TV | McLennan County, Texas Defends Against Race Injury Lawsuit | | A lawsuit has been filed against McLennan County, Texas by a triathlon participant who was hit by an SUV in 2012. The county recently approved a $4,556 payment to begin defending itself against the lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed by the former president of the YMCA of Central Texas who sustained injury when he was hit by an SUV during the 2012 TriWaco Triathlon. Traffic was being directed by county officials when the plaintiff was hit by the car. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff endured a lengthy hospital stay and multiple surgeries as a result of the accident. Cassie L.
