Ronald Tigner, who was 71 at the time, alleges in the lawsuit that he was traveling through Bush Intercontinental on July 21, 2015, and received an illegible boarding pass. He claims he was trying to get a new one when the employee pushed Tigner to the ground. His attorney said Tigner was knocked unconscious and later taken to the hospital by an ambulance.
