A barrage of hate-fueled messages from extremist fans of a popular neo-Nazi website aimed at a Jewish real estate agent in Montana ended in a lawsuit against Andrew Anglin, publisher of The Daily Stormer. Tanya Gersh and her family were the victims of "vile phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media posts, many of which contained death threats and anti-Semitic slurs" after Anglin turned his internet community on them. This week, a federal judge ordered Anglin to pay Gersh more than $14 million in damages because of the targeted harassment campaign. Gersh hopes the judge's ruling has "sent a clear message to Anglin and other extremists."
