The lawsuit was filed by a Fox host who accused O'Reilly of frequently making inappropriate phone calls and once trying to forcefully kiss her. The plaintiff alleged that she was fired from the network "in retaliation for rebuffing Mr. O'Reilly's advances." According to reports, Fox agreed to pay a settlement in 'the high six figures" to end the lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges that the marketers have made false claims that the product is 'clinically proven' to work. The drug is marketed as providing substantial memory improvement to users. However, the lawsuit alleges that a study showed that the drug was not proven to work better than a placebo. The lawsuit was filed in the Southern District of New York. The driver had filed an appeal of a court ruling that said an insurance company would not be liable to pay any damages in connection with a wrongful-death lawsuit. Stewart was named in a wrongful-death lawsuit filed by the parents of Kevin Ward Jr. The notice of withdrawal was filed with the 2nd U.S. Court of Appeals.
