A fourth Sutherland Springs family is pursuing a wrongful-death claim against the Air Force for failing to tell the FBI about the criminal history of Devin Patrick Kelley, the former airman who killed 26 people last month in the worst mass shooting in modern Texas history. In a precursor to a possible lawsuit against the Air Force, the Ward family filed the most recent complaint, WOAI-TV reported. Kelley had killed Joann Ward and her daughters, Brooke and Emily, in the Nov. 5 massacre at First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs.

Six women have filed suit against Harvey Weinstein and the studio he co-founded alleging that they were sexually assaulted by the movie mogul. The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in New York and contends that Weinstein and his studio were part of a massive scheme that facilitated predatory behavior and allowed Weinstein to rape and sexually assault women. The plaintiffs are seeking class action status on behalf of what they say is hundreds of women who have been assaulted by the defendant. Weinstein's former assistant has also expressed intention to file suit against him alleging sexual assault.

The study, which followed 1.8 million Danish women for more than a decade, upends widely held assumptions about modern contraceptives for younger generations of women. Many women have believed that newer hormonal contraceptives are much safer than those taken by their mothers or grandmothers, which had higher doses of estrogen.
