A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed by the estate of an 11-year-old girl who died during a viral outbreak at the Wanaque Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in New Jersey. The lawsuit alleges that negligence led to the death of the girl, who was among 11 children who died during the adenovirus outbreak.
