former employees of Ixpalia, Inc. business Fiesta Tortillas seek exemplary

the company. Mirna Rodriguez, Irene Hernandez, and Perla Hernandez are
foreign-born Hispanic women who each worked for Fiesta Tortillas, a tortilla

FDA:
Hospitals Should Replace Infection-Prone Scopes With Safer Models |
|
The FDA
said on Thursday that companies that make reusable, snakelike cameras to
examine patients internally should begin making disposable versions, because
the current models cannot be properly sterilized and have spread infections
from one patient to another. Duodenoscopes, which are used in about 500,000
procedures a year in the United States, have been implicated in hospital
outbreaks sickening hundreds of patients.

Motorcyclist Died After Riding Into Cable Strung Across Oregon Road |
|
A $2.3
million lawsuit has been filed over the death of a motorcyclist from Oregon.
The 59-year-old man died after he accidentally rode his motorcycle into a
steel cable strung across the road. The wrongful death suit was filed against
the owners of an Albany area farm who set the cable. According to the
complaint, the defendants failed to post warning signs or barricades which
could have prevented the man from riding into the cable.
