Denies Class Action Status to Female Ford Employees |

A judge
will not grant class action status to female employees of a Ford plant in
Chicago who say they were subjected to sexual misconduct. The women alleged
they endured groping, vulgarities and sexual violence while working for the
car manufacturer. The lawsuit was filed in 2014 by over 30 women. They sought
class action status to include all female employees of Fordâ??s assembly or
stamping plants in Chicago from 2012 to the present.
