The Washington, D.C., rabbi has been accused of videotaping the nude women as they prepared for a ritual bath. Last year, the rabbi was sentenced to six and a half years in prison for recording dozens of women in the nude. The rabbi is a former leader at Georgetownâ??s Kesher Israel synagogue and in the Modern Orthodox movement across the country.
