The lawsuit was filed in San Joaquin County Superior Court and alleged that the priest harassed a young girl when she reported that another priest had sexually abused her. The girl,who was 11-years-old at the time, was yelled at by the defendant when she told him that the other priest had sexually assaulted her. According to the lawsuit, the defendant called the girl a liar and forced her to confront her alleged molester. Kristen V. According to police, five weeks after the driver was accused of assaulting the first woman, he raped a female college student. The lawsuit accuses Yellow Cab of negligence and "reckless and conscious indifference to the welfare and safety" of the public. The cab driver has also been named as defendant in the lawsuit and is accused of battery, assault, false imprisonment and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Range,however, may not pursue conspiracy claims against Lipsky's wife, Shyla Lipsky, or Alisa Rich, a toxicologist the couple hired to test their well, the high court said, upholding a 2013 appeals court ruling.
