Lawsuit: Black Students Expelled for Making Rap Videos | | A group of parents from Ohio have filed a lawsuit after their children were expelled from high school for making a rap video. The lawsuit, filed on Tuesday, alleges that the school discriminated against the students, who are black, because of their race. The lawsuit contends that on April 10, the students were interrogated about their posts on social media, including rap videos they appeared in. The students were expelled from school because the school claimed that the students had used gang signs in the video.
