Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Over Fatal Plane Crash |
The son of a New York couple who was killed in a 2014 plane crash has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The couple's aircraft went down off the coast of Jamaica in September 2014 and both the man and woman were killed. The lawsuit was filed against several companies, including the makers of the aircraft. The wrongful death complaint alleges that the defendants were negligent in the design, manufacture, testing and sale of the Socata TBM 900 aircraft.
