The woman alleges that she sustained nerve damage to her leg that required surgery and left part of her leg permanently numb. According to the lawsuit, the driver of the golf cart cab had twice been convicted of driving under the influence before working for the golf cart cab and tour company. The lawsuit was filed by a man from Spartanburg County who alleges that the company put customers and workers at risk by selling food prepared by an employee with Hepatitis A.
