| Woman Sues After Leg Injury From Golf Cart Flip |  | A lawsuit has been filed against a Nashville golf cart cab and tour company by a Portland woman whose leg was smashed by a golf cart when it flipped over. The woman alleges that she sustained nerve damage to her leg that required surgery and left part of her leg permanently numb. According to the lawsuit, the driver of the golf cart cab had twice been convicted of driving under the influence before working for the golf cart cab and tour company.

| Class Action Lawsuit Filed Over Hepatitis A Exposure at Hardee's | | Hardeeâ??s Food Systems LLC of Delaware is facing a class action lawsuit after announcing that customers and workers may have been exposed to the Hepatitis A virus. The lawsuit was filed by a man from Spartanburg County who alleges that the company put customers and workers at risk by selling food prepared by an employee with Hepatitis A. The lawsuit alleges that as many as 3,000 people might be included in the class as individuals exposed to the virus.
