The woman alleges that she was drugged and raped at a party at the apartment of one of the school's football players during her freshman year. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was raped by a non-student, but the culture of sexual violence that was created in the school's football program led to the assault. The lawsuit accuses the school of indifference and accuses the former coach of failing to end the culture of sexual violence among his players. The plaintiff is seeking $7.5 million in damages.
