Bus Crash | | A second lawsuit has been filed against Durham School Services and the driver involved in last week's fatal bus crash in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The lawsuit was filed by the family of a boy who was permanently disfigured in the accident, which killed 6 children and injured several others. The driver is facing six counts of vehicular homicide and one count each of reckless endangerment and reckless driving. According to the lawsuit, the child "suffered serious psychological and emotional injuries in that crash when he was forced to lie trapped and bleeding in the bus for almost two hours."
