Often these involved a lost or stolen laptop or data storage device. Last month Anthem, the country's second-largest commercial health insurer, announced that it was penetrated by a hacker, jeopardizing the privacy of 78.8 million people. It was the biggest health care data breach to date. There's a risk that bad information can find its way into your medical records when someone steals your ID to get care of their own. Mary Kay says in the suit, filed on Friday in U.S. District Court in Dallas, that it does not provide digital deals, offers and coupons for publication on RetailMeNot and has not authorized or permitted the site to list deals, sales or codes using its name or likeness. 'RetailMeNot, Inc. believes the allegations in this lawsuit are without merit and intends to vigorously contest this matter.' Morris, Michigan has filed a lawsuit alleging that she almost died when doctors gave her the wrong type of blood. The lawsuit was filed in September 2013 against McLaren Flint, the hospital at which the woman says she was given the wrong type of blood. According to the lawsuit, the woman was left fighting for her life after receiving the blood from the hospital.
