American Airlines Accused of Discriminating Against Black Passengers |

American Airlines has been hit with a lawsuit alleging racial discrimination. The lawsuit, filed by a group of passengers, cites two instances of racial discrimination before and aboard a recent American Airlines flight. Two black men allege American Airlines staff discriminated against them on a departing flight from Los Angeles on May 31. The two men are suing for discrimination, and all five plaintiffs are suing for failure to prevent discrimination, among other accusations.

FBI Negligent in New Mexico School Shooting, Alleges Lawsuit |

The FBI has been hit with a lawsuit over a New Mexico school shooting that took place in 2017. The lawsuit was filed by the mother of one of people killed in the shooting at Aztec High School. The lawsuit was filed last week in U.S. District Court against the federal government and alleges the FBI was negligent. This is the second lawsuit filed by the plaintiff over her daughter's death.

Texas Childcare Centers: Sharp Increase in Coronavirus Cases |

Coronavirus cases in Texas have surged, and childcare centers are no exception. As of Friday (6/19), 410 total cases of coronavirus â?? 267 staff members and 143 children â?? had been reported at 318 licensed child care operations across the state, according to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Thatâ??s a sharp increase from the 339 cases the agency reported Thursday.
