| Nissan Dealership Faces Lawsuit Over False Car Loan Documents |  | A lawsuit has been filed against Serra Nissan in Birmingham, Alabama where eight former employees have pleaded guilty to criminal charges. The lawsuit was filed by a couple from Jefferson County who allege that the dealership was involved in a criminal enterprise when they purchased their car. Eight of the dealership's former managers and salesmen have pleaded guilty to the criminal charges in a scheme to falsify car loan documents. The lawsuit was filed in federal court on Monday and seeks class action status on behalf of all people who purchased vehicles from the dealership during the scheme.
