Mother Files Lawsuit Over Daughter's Rape by HS Football Players | | A former student of Culver City High School in California has filed a lawsuit alleging that she was raped by three football players. The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of the girl, now 15, by her mother. According to the lawsuit, the girl was raped on more than one occasion by three football players, with one of the incidents filmed and distributed to other students. The lawsuit accuses the school of negligence in failing to prevent the assaults from happening on campus during school hours. $4M Hazing Lawsuit Filed Against Fraternity | | A graduate of Stevenson University in Baltimore County, Maryland has filed a lawsuit alleging that he was beaten during a fraternity hazing incident while he was a student. According to the lawsuit, which seeks $4 million in damages, the plaintiff was beaten so severely during the hazing that he had to be hospitalized for a week to recover. This is the second lawsuit that has been filed against the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity.
