Two women have joined a sexual assault lawsuit filed against the University of Tennessee. The recently filed lawsuit alleges that women were sexually assaulted by athletes as a result of a partying culture in the athletics department for which players had no consequences. With the addition of the two new plaintiffs, the lawsuit now includes eight female plaintiffs. Five of the women named in the lawsuit allege that they were sexually assaulted by football players. The other women allege they were assaulted by a basketball player and by a non-athlete at a party thrown by an athlete.
