Damaging Emails Discovered in Paul Walker Death Suit, Motion Filed | | Damaging evidence has been discovered in the wrongful death lawsuit over the car crash death of actor Paul Walker. New court papers were filed by the plaintiff, Walker's daughter, alleging that Porsche's North American division hid and redacted damaging emails related to the case. The recently filed motion alleges that the redacted emails, the content of which were discovered by a Porsche employee, were the "exact type of information" that the company had been ordered to produce.
