The lawsuit was filed by the widow of the man who died after cleaning a bathroom at a Walgreens in Orlando, Florida. According to the lawsuit, the man, a long-time customer of the store, was forced to clean a mess he left in the restroom by store employees. The lawsuit alleges that the man was "humiliated, disgraced and injured in his feelings, emotionally and mentally."
