Georgia Former High School Wrestler Files Suit Over Herpes, Staph Infection

A Georgia man has filed a lawsuit alleging that he contracted herpes and staph infection when he was competing in a wrestling tournament. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was allowed to compete with an infected athlete, causing him to contract both herpes and staph. Because of this, the plaintiff frequently has type-1 herpes outbreaks across his forehead and has to take prescribed anti-viral medication twice a day for the rest of his life.

Widow of Man Forced to Clean Walgreens Bathroom Files Suit

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Walgreens alleging that it caused a man to die of emotional distress after being forced to clean a bathroom. The lawsuit was filed by the widow of the man who died after cleaning a bathroom at a Walgreens in Orlando, Florida. According to the lawsuit, the man, a long-time customer of the store, was forced to clean a mess he left in the restroom by store employees. The lawsuit alleges that the man was "humiliated, disgraced and injured in his feelings, emotionally and mentally." His widow claims that the man died shortly after the incident due to emotional distress.
