A class action lawsuit has been filed against WEN hair care products alleging that the product causes hair damage, including bald spots and rashes. Over 200 women are part of the class action lawsuit alleging that they suffered damage to their hair after using the hair products created by celebrity stylist Chaz Dean. The lawsuit was filed against Dean and marketing company Guhty-Renker, which markets the product, in federal court in California. One of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit alleges that she began losing significant amounts of hair just weeks after first using the product. Dan Good, New York Daily News 12/15/2015
