Upon admittance to the hospital in early January, the man told doctors he believed his wife was poisoning him. The suit claims doctors made note of this, but did not test the man for poisons and allowed his wife to spend time in his room alone. She is currently being held in jail on charges of murder.  Dave Warner, Reuters  08/04/2011
