The lawsuit was filed by a group of investors who accuse the bank of conspiring to manipulate benchmark trading rates in the foreign exchange market. Although the settlement was announced earlier this month, the details of the settlement were released by the bank on Wednesday. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of an underage girl who was hit by an accused drunk driver. According to the lawsuit, the girl is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of the crash in March of last year. The girl's father, who filed the lawsuit on her behalf, says that the festival is liable for the incident and that it should have better protected pedestrians by closing off the streets. The lawsuit was filed by two former executives and one former employee in New York Supreme Court. According to the lawsuit, one of the plaintiffs was fired after filing a complaint about his superior, who attempted to keep women out of meetings. The lawsuit also alleges that the same superior expressed a desire to replace an Israeli cameraman with a Palestinian.
