Click on the headline for more information and to register. | Cause of Fire at Athens Fertilizer Storage Facility 'Undetermined' | | The cause of a fire that destroyed an Athens facility that stored ammonium nitrate fertilizer has been ruled to be undetermined, the Texas fire marshal's office said Monday. No evidence of a crime was found in the fire that broke out Thursday at East Texas Ag Supply, which had received 70 tons of ammonium nitrate that day. The amount of fertilizer was more than twice what ignited the deadly explosion in West last year. The woman has filed a $1 million lawsuit against the vet, who was discovered to have lied about the dog's condition and performed experiments on him during a raid on the vet clinic. A previous lawsuit was filed against the vet over a similar situation in which he kept and experimented on a 4-year-old dog belonging to another Texas couple. Elizabeth Campbell, Ft. Worth Star Telegram | Donald Sterling Faces New Lawsuit By Former Employee | | Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is facing a new lawsuit by a woman who alleges Sterling fired her after she refused to have sex with him and repeatedly made racist and sexist remarks in her presence. The plaintiff claims that during her employment and her personal relationship with Sterling, she was subjected to a "steady stream of racially and sexually offensive comments."
